for the 1st International Delegation Mixer of this year.
By creating these unique networking opportunities, the NorCalWTC

leaders and conversely, for our international visitors to meet with
people from the
Sacramento

are genuinely interested in sharing experiences of international
travel or business practice with a group that they have a common
interest with. We look forward to sharing this opportunity with
you.
This State Department-sponsored project is designed for three Chinese
government officials tasked with managing provincial intellectual
property (IP) departments and enforcing IP laws and regulations. While
in the
United States
, they will examine public and private sector efforts to implement and
enforce higher intellectual property standards. Trademarks,

Agency and Alma Candelaria, the Director of International Visitors for
the US Department of State
For
more then a decade, this event has honored and recognized the
international trade community, including the members of
California
’s diplomatic corps, and has provided participants the opportunity to discuss the advantages of
international trade. Additionally, this forum promotes business
relationships and fosters increased international trade between California
and its international partners. The theme of the 2010 Consular
Corps Luncheon is “Increasing Global Commerce, Creating Jobs"
and will provide information on how increased global commerce
creates a positive impact on jobs domestically and specifically
on
the California
economy.
Mr. Dolcini is a
fifth generation Californian with deep roots in
Yolo

world to meet and confer with their professional counterparts and to

Goods
Movement in the Central Valley Forum
This
program is the evolution of the NorCalWTC’s 2009 State of the Ports
series. Both the State of the Ports – Water and Airports – were very successful at
highlighting regional assets and brought to light the fact that the central valley has the capacity
and will be a goods movement and import/export hot spot on the west coast, as long as, as
a region “we think big, act strategically and pursue bold projects.” (
Michael Faust
, NorCalWTC president and CEO)
In
2010, the NorCalWTC is substantially elevating the dialog surrounding
goods movement and the “international gateway strategy” through this featured event.
At the event we will highlight the goods movement opportunities in the
Central Valley
and the symbiotic nature of goods movement projects. NorCalWTC will feature efforts being done throughout the region and
demonstrate how they are critical to the futures of
California
import/export future capacity.
This
event will also feature an impressive trade show venue for
organizations and business to highlight their resources and assts to the goods movement and the import/export
community.
