Sandra Donzella is Deputy Managing Director for Export Import Bank of the U.S. based in San Diego covering the states of California, Montana, and Wyoming. Sandra is responsible for providing export counseling to small and medium-sized businesses as they enter or expand in the global marketplace.

Export Finance Manager, U.S. SBA, Office of International Trade
As an Export Finance Manager, Mike Fazio works with banks and SBA Resource Partners to increase access to capital for small business exporters. Previously, Mike was a Financial Analyst in SBA’s Office of Credit Risk Management, a Lender Relations Specialist, and a District International Trade Officer.

Darrell Dante
District International Trade Officer, U.S. SBA, Office of International Trade
Darrell Dante serves as the District International Trade Officer for the Sacramento District, working closely with SBA’s Office of International Trade on Export Finance Programs. As a Lender Relations Specialist, Darrell advises lenders on loan program eligibility issues, deal structuring, and ongoing SBA loan servicing issues.
